Sap Remote Access

Open a connection for SAP service

For connection to the remote access machine (windows terminal server) on Cedar.

Login into http://service.sap.com/ \\
Click on "Remote connections"
Click on "Maintain Connections"
Click on TPT
Click "Maintain Connections"
And open a "R/3 support" and a "Windows Terminal" connections for 5 days.

Then SAP can do this:

From the SAP connection platform, connect To
Pacific Coast Feather / BW / TPT
Then use the "Cedar" connection to connect to the machine (Windows terminal server).
